We are a startup with a vision to elevate Bharat’s position in the global heritage tourism business for which we aim to build world-class hospitality infrastructure, through a quasi-asset light model and create a hospitality footprint in Bharat’s Heritage towns with high potential but largely under-served. We are innovating the hospitality business models in Bharat via the “buy a room” investment model that can deliver ultra-large (250 room +) and 5-Star hospitality establishments. It is our belief that Bharat needs more startups that can create physical infrastructure “At Scale”. We intend to use the Buy a Room model to achieve this.
Ayodhya is our gateway into this business. We have chosen the greatest of locations to launch JOIS Innovations.
